1️⃣ Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.
• To cancel, email ayurvedabitstm@gmail.com with your order ID.

2️⃣ Returns & Replacements

• Eligible only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
• Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and product.
• Products once opened or used are not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

3️⃣ Refunds

• Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is ours.
